Relax, unwind, and recharge with our 1-on-1 meditation sessions. A dose of meditation is perfect to incorporate into a day of work or play, or to help ease into your routine. We curate personalized guided progressive relaxation practices that will leave you feeling anew!

ONLINE live private video conference $55 per 45-minute session.

In-person $120 per 45-minute session.

Couples or Groups

We put our twist on an old adage: “those who meditate together, stay together”! Whether you just want to relax and chill with your significant other or step outside the box to strengthen connections with your friends or family. We offer customized couples or group meditation sessions tailored to your needs.

ONLINE live private video conference $85 per 45-minute session for 2 people. Additional rates apply for 3+ streaming locations.

In-person services $150 per 45-minute session for 2 people. Additional rates apply for 3+ people.

Corporate Wellness

Our Corporate Wellness meditation services bring the zen to your workplace. We offer customized personal or small group classes, creating the optimal blend of meditation for your professional lifestyle. It’s the quintessential team building activity to set the intention for success, refocus productivity, and reduce overall stress.

ONLINE live private video conference $85 per 45-minute session for 2 people. Additional rates apply for 3+ streaming locations.

In-person 45-minute session $120 for 1-on-1 meditation or $300 for 6-8 people.
